RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Shipping and Delivery

Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking number. Delivery time may take 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping company.

Return Conditions

You can return your products within 14 days from the date you received them. Products to be returned must:

• Not being used,

• Not being harmed,

• It should be on the labels and

• It must be sent in its original packaging.

Returns of products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

• You can send an e-mail to info@themarisca.com .

You must include the following information in your email:

• Your order number

• The product(s) you wish to return

• Reason for return

After your request is received, you will be sent detailed information about the return process within 1-3 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Change Conditions

Exchanges are also subject to the return procedure. If the new product is in stock, the exchange will be processed; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
